These socks are rated for the FIA Standard 8856-2018 like the entire M-plus line. 

They come in three sizes. 
Euro 35-38 which would be appropriate for women and children. 
Euro 39-42 which approximates as a Men's 6-9.
Euro 43-46 which approximates as Men's 9-13.
